We provide complimentary doorstep delivery service for purchases of $80.00 *(Nett after discounts) & above.
For orders above $30 and under $80.00, we will deliver at your selected time slot at just $8 per Order / location
If order is below $30, the delivery charge would be $15 per order / location.
Yes, you are welcome to drop by our shop at 63 Kallang Bahru #01-433, 330063 for self collection. We open from 10am to 10pm, Mondays to Sundays. (We open on public holidays as well)
The cut off time of ordering is 17:00 pm from Monday to Sunday. Earliest delivery is the NEXT day afternoon 12pm
Our driver will call you at least one hour before arriving. Once confirmed, please make sure someone at home to receive the delivery. If nobody receive the delivery when the driver arrives, we will leave an “unable to deliver” note at the address. You need to contact our friendly Customer Care Team at 9722 8853 or Whatsapp 9722 8853 to arrange re-delivery. You will be charged $8 shipping fee for re-delivery.

We deliver to Sentosa with $8 surcharge of delivery fee.
We deliver daily including Saturdays / Sundays.

If you want to change your delivery address or contact details after placing the order, please inform us at support@dumplingzhang.sg with your order number for faster assistance.

In the event item is unable to deliver due the wrong information provided, a re-delivery fee of $8 per trip will apply.
You may go to My account -> My order history->select to cancel the order if order status is "order received"
If the order status is already changed, there is no cancel option in the menu. You have to give us a call at 9722 8853 or whastapp 9722 8853 and we will help you with the cancellation and modification.
We regret that we are unable to accept cancellation/modification when your order has already been dispatched from the store.
Refunds are processed immediately upon cancellations, depending on the credit card issuing bank, the refund may take up 7-14 working days before it appears in the customer statement.
Paynow can also be arranged for refund within one day. Please give us a call at 9722 8853 or whastapp 9722 8853 and we will help you with the refund.
There is no minimum order value, but to enjoy our complimentary free delivery service, you need to make a minimum purchase of $80 nett.
Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returning/Exchanging of delivered or purchased food products
