Ingredients:Beef, Onion, Flour, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Oil, Cooking Oil, Chicken Powder, Dark Soy Sauce
Storage Instructions: Keep frozen at -18C or below. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
Boil
Put frozen dumplings into the boiling water, stir about 1 minutes, boil on high heat for 6-8 minutes. When they start floating, add a ½ cup of cold water. After floating again, repeat adding cold water process for three times until dumplings plump floating. Fish out and server with your favorite sauce. (shredded ginger, mashed garlic, light soy sauce, Vinegar etc)
Pan-Fry
Add some oil in the frying pan. Put frozen dumplings in order into the frying pan, add about 70ml water, cover and cook on medium heat until water is dried then turn to low heat and continue frying about 3-5 minutes. After the dumplings are golden and crispy on the bottom, you can enjoy it. Please do not fry too long time to get it burnt.
Steam
Put the frozen dumplings into a steamer. After the water is boiled, steaming with medium heat for about 10-15 minutes. And you can enjoy the dumplings.
